Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If any item in your order is affected by a shortage or inventory discrepancy, we will reach out to you directly before processing to discuss your options, including estimated restock timelines or suitable alternatives.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship internationally to Canada only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Please be aware of the following before placing an international order:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping charge.
- Canadian orders may be subject to additional delays during customs clearance. LuxCreo is not responsible for delays outside of our control once a package has been handed off to the carrier.
- Quoted delivery estimates reflect transit time only and do not include customs processing.
