Return Policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items purchased through this store. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Quality-Related Issues If you believe your item has a quality defect or was damaged upon arrival, please contact us at orders@luxcreo.com within 10 days of delivery. Quality-related claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for a full refund, replacement, or other resolution without a restocking fee.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., resins, membranes, disposable components)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
